Galerie Galerie Christophe Gaillard is pleased to present Isabelle le Minh Postlude’s fourth solo exhibition from 18 November to 23 December 2023.
On this occasion, we will present a selection of works created for her solo exhibition in Dresden this summer. Alongside our event, two of her works that have just joined the collections of the Musée National d'Art Moderne will be presented at the Centre Pompidou on an invitation of Michel Gauthier, curator in charge of the contemporary collection and curator of the «Presence» season.
Isabelle Le Minh was born in Schötmar (DE) in 1965; she lives and works in Nogent-sur-Marne. She graduated from the École nationale supérieure de la photographie d'Arles (FR) in 1996 and teaches photography at the Haute école des arts du Rhin in Strasbourg (FR).
Winner of the 2018 McKinney International Art and Design Residency, Bloomington, IN (US); the 2019 Villa Kujoyama, Mont Higashi, Kyoto (JP) and the 2024 Villa Saigon, Ho Chi Minh Ville (VN); Le Minh has exhibited at Les Rencontres d'Arles (FR), the Mois de la Photo in Montréal (CA), the Île-de-France Center for Photography in Pontault-Combault (FR), the FRAC Normandie Rouen (FR), the Goethe Institut in Paris (FR), the CRP/ Centre régional de la photographie Hauts-de-France in Douchy-les-Mines (FR), the Museum of Technology of Dresde (DE).
Her work is currently featured in the exhibitions "Noir & Blanc" and "Épreuves de la matière" at the BnF/Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand in Paris (FR), as well as "Présence" at the Centre Pompidou/Musée National d'Art Moderne in Paris (FR).
