Galerie Christophe Gaillard is pleased to announce the opening of a new space at the Bangkok Kunsthalle in March 2027. The gallery will occupy an entire floor of approximately 300 sqm, entirely dedicated to its programme and operating independently of the Bangkok Kunsthalle’s own activities.
Born from the meeting of Galerie Christophe Gaillard and Bangkok Kunsthalle, founded by Marisa Chearavanont and directed by Stefano Rabolli Pansera, this project is driven by a shared ambition: to make Bangkok a meeting point for European, Thai and wider Asian art scenes. It aims to foster new exchanges, collaborations and resonances while respecting the distinct identities of each of these scenes.
The gallery’s opening in Bangkok will be marked by a group exhibition bringing together artists represented by the gallery, including Hélène Delprat and Richard Nonas, alongside artists from across various Asian art scenes.
This inaugural exhibition will embody the principles underpinning the new space’s programme in Bangkok: forging connections across generations, practices and geographies, while developing lasting relationships with artists and cultural practitioners across the region.
